Your first visit will consist of brief paperwork, providing us with basic intake information to be stored on file. A consultation and thorough history and examination will follow.

After reviewing your health history and examination findings, we will discuss our findings with you and propose treatment plan recommendations.

You will be notified if your condition requires care with other providers at this time as well. Patients can choose to undergo their first treatment during this same visit. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, modalities, and/or soft tissue therapies.

Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
