PAYMENT OPTIONS
Steps to Wellness Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family. Our office participates in most insurance programs (some are listed below). We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases.
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, you can call our office directly.
INSURANCE
Most insurance plans are accepted at our office including:
BC/BS, MASSGENERAL(FORMERLY ALLWAYS), TUFTS, HARVARD PILGRIM, and MASSHEALTH, to name a few.
Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. All plans are different and some plans like Medicare/Medicaid only cover a spinal manipulation (adjustment). Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment as well as any out of pocket cost such as copays and non covered services fees.
We also accept auto accident/personal injury insurances. Massachusetts is a No-Fault state. No payment from the patient is required. All occupants of the vehicle are automatically covered at 100%. We will bill the insurance company directly.
Often pain does not develop immediately after the incident, so seek care as soon as possible. All injuries, including minor muscle strains, are fully covered.
NO INSURANCE
For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
Our office offers very affordable packages to patients that have no insurance coverage or who run out of coverage. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic/ physical therapy benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need.
Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover care to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
